FAQ

1. Will I be charged if I decide to change my team players?
Teams are allowed to change or add players before 17th October 2011 with no fee imposed.Teams can change or add players on 17th October 2011 to 19th October 2011 at a fee of $5 per player.Team can still add or make changes to team players from 20th October 2011 to 22nd October 2011 at a fee of $10 per player. No changes to be made after 11am on 22nd October 2011.

2. Am I eligible to participate in more than one game?
Yes, you may. However, if your matches clash, the match will not wait for you. Instead, you’ll be walked over for the game that you did not attend. Teams are highly encouraged not to participate in two games.

3. Can I take two or more goodie bags and singlet if I join two or more games?
Yes. Provided you paid for both or more games.

4. What if I am injured during the game or otherwise unable to finish my game?
You may substitute yourself with the reserve player in your team. If you do not have a reserve player, the game can continue as long as the team strength is not crippled by more than one player. Game will not continue if the team is crippled by more than one player.

5. When is the ‘Early Bird Period’ and ‘Normal Period’?
Before 7th October 2011 for 'Early Bird Period' and 8th October - 14th October 2011 for 'Normal Period'.

6. When does the registration close?
14 October 2011.

7. What other things are there during the event?
There will be a carnival with mini games, where attractive prizes will be given to the top winner of the games.

8. What if I forgot to bring my matriculation card on the event day?
You must use other forms of identification to identify yourself ie. I/C.

9. Can I ask for a refund after I realize I can’t make it on the event day?
No, all payments made are not refundable.

10. Can I submit the registration form after the 14th October 2011?
No. The latest date and time of submission is on 14th October, 1800hrs. Any registration forms that have not been submitted after the stipulated time would not be taken in automatically. Acknowledgment of registration would depend on the Chairperson's final decision.

11. Is there any quota for each individual sport?
Our number of teams have quota due to overwhelming response each year. Success of registeration is on a first come first serve basis.

12. If I have the minimum number of players for the game to carry on, do I need to fill up the reserve slot?
No. However, in an event whereby one of your teammates is unable to take part in the game, the match might be forfeited depending on the decision of the chairperson. NTU Sports Club will not be liable for your absence. No refunds will be made regardless of the situation.

12. Is the restriction of IVP/SUniG cap applicable to the registered team members or on court?
IVP/SUniG cap is applied to the registered team members.

13. Will I get a refund if I/my team withdraws from the game?
No refunds will be made after payment for registration.
