Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be very artistic to be a successful Publicity Officer. However, what you need will be endless flow of creative juices and at the same time, strict discipline so that you will meet your deadlines and, most importantly, not exceed your budget. Together with your sub- committee, you will have to plan strategies to promote and publicise all the various club events, as well as doing the actual work of designing. Besides this, you would also have to design and print T-shirts for our events as well as the various committees.

Then, you ask, if Sports Club organises so many events, how can we manage? The special project committees have their own publicity officers, and thus, it would be your rsponsibility, as the Publicity Officer from the management committee, to co-ordinate with them , sharing both ideas and resources.

Lastly, since you hold the key to the 3 noticeboards around school, you have to update the noticeboards regularly for the rading pleasure of the school population (and also to show that you have been doing your job!).
