This portfolio is unique, as an Ex-Officio you will be directly in charge of the 21 sub-clubs of Sports Club. You will have to be very people-oriented, sensitive to the needs of everyone and yet, firm when making important decisions. You will also have to ensure that the clubs submit detailed activity plans and wherever possible, together with the President, provide whatever support the sub-clubs may need from the management committee, be it administration or additional funding. Together with the AFC, you will have regular meetings with the chairpersons and treasurers of the clubs to update about the activities of the management committee as well as those of all other sub-clubs. In addition, you also represent the Sports Club Management Committee in the Colour Awards Board committee to ensure that the welfare of the students are taken care of and that outstanding sportsmen and women are duly rewarded.
